With over 20 years of experience in executive development, including roles at McKinsey and Deloitte, David brings deep expertise in strategic thinking, team dynamics, and organizational change. He holds a PhD in Leadership Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and is a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching certified practitioner.
